Really annoying
It’s super annoying to have to do a two step verification every time. Half the time it glitches on me. Sometimes it takes ten minutes just to do something that takes me 20 seconds. It’s a very irritating app.
It would be nice to just enter my password and be good to go. Please change this.

Update fixed error issues
Update: After app updated it works so much more smoothly. I haven’t received one error when using it. I like the look of the updated version too.
Constantly tells me an error has occurred when I try to sign in. I have etransfers I have to send and can’t get access to them because the app only works like 20% of the time. And that’s a generous estimate. So frustrating

Bank app is blocking transfer of funds

Somewhat glitchy
Sometimes it will crash 💥 and sometimes when you open it and log in and then try to open a page such as “Transfers” it will just say something like “A technical error has occurred please try again later. For more support contact so and so”. Also to “go back” you have to tap the little blue arrow instead of swiping right. But it sure is nice to be able to send money or whatever from wherever.

Online changes
Getting into my accounts has been stressful had to go to my Credit union to get it opened 2 times. Thankfully we have great clerks to help with this transaction but when it happened on 2 weekend it was very stressful.
Unsatisfied
The app is unstable and it closes regularly during the 2-factor authentication stage requiring you to start from the beginning. Due to this inconvenience I have made other arrangements to switch banks.
Sign in
It is absolutely frustrating having to get a code to sign in to my app every single time and at least 20% of the time the app will close as it’s about to sign in causing me to have to start over.
Cannot log in
Cannot get it to log in now. It was a decent app, but the last month or so it’s gotten much worse. I used to have to shut phone off and then back on to get it to log in, now that doesn’t even work. Please fix, it isn’t a bad app, when I can actually use it

I much prefer this app to always having to go online for my banking. Not sorry I got it. It would be handier if it would also use swipe for going back. And please fix the bug that makes logging in so slow!!!!!!!
