Don’t Boat Without This! 🙌

As a provider for Sign & Glide in North Idaho, I can say this program truly works. The app helps streamline the process and gives customers confidence knowing help is just a call away. Great tool for any serious boater.

Cannot login

Tells me not connected to the internet. Restart the app and then it tells me encountered an error logging in. Day 3 of being locked out.

No support for IOS app logging plus obscure app name

Apps should make use of Apple’s Associated Domains support to assure that the Password Manager gets contextual info about the app when attempting to use the Autofill functionality. As it stands now, you have to manually enter (or paste) the login credentials when you open the app.

Also, since this app is only rarely used by most users, (when they are in their boat and need a tow) the app name should be something that relates to its use. In this case, the name ‘Sign&Glide’ isn’t even close. Something like ‘Boat Tow’ would be a lot better.

In summary, the last thing you want to do when you need a boat tow is to search through a list of 100 apps to find the right one - only to have to cut and paste the login credentials from your password app of choice once you find it.

Amazing Revamp

It appears to be an all new app. I did have to register as a new user but everything was very streamlined and user friendly. What a difference!

Updated review from initial fail

Update from my initial review below. I haven’t had to use it yet, but it’s working now. What a lot of people might be doing wrong is trying to log onto this too soon after signing up. Download this a week after your start date and that will probably do it. I installed it too early and they didn’t have all my information in, so it didn’t recognize me.

I just signed up with Progressive and wanted to make sure I know how to access the Sign and Glide option in case I need on the water towing. I downloaded the app and it won’t let me sign in. It asks for the policy number and your zip code. I put them in and it says, “Incorrect Credentials! Please check your account/policy and last name then try again.” Ummmm, it never asked for my last name and there’s no line for it. This is ridiculous. Fix this thing. Is there anything more critical than connecting for a tow on the water? It could be life or death. Get this right.

Terrible

I downloaded the app to my home screen on my iPhone 12. I tap on the app and it opens and the screen just sits there. I’m glad I’m not in the middle of the ocean needing a tow. I have little to no face that this app will work in the event that I need it. if you’re going to sell insurance and include towing progressive, should ensure that the app works.

Login doesn’t ask for name

The instructions provided by Progressive tell you to use your policy number, last name to login yet the app asks for policy number and zip code….no data field for your name? What gives Progressive?

Thus far unimpressed with Sign & Glide.

Doesn’t work anymore

I had this app and was working, I have been trying to get my info on the app for the last 3 weeks with no luck. Won’t let you log in, app just says error loading now.

Downloaded the app ok…BUT, it shows my insurance as expired…when it has been paid in full.
How can a company as big as Progressive be so slow and behind the times ??
Hopefully, will not be a issue on the water if needed.

Doesn’t work at all!

Got my email today. Downloaded app. Can’t even get logged on to it on my IPhone. Come on progressive, get it together. Work the bugs out before you go live with an app! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Geez. And to think this is the kinda incompetent stuff I’m paying for! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Doesn’t work

Received email from progressive. Downloaded app and it doesn’t accept my policy number and name.
Back to keeping their phone number saved in my phone. At least that still works.

Can log in to the app but it runs slowly

I can log into the app, although it runs pretty slowly. But good lord, are you guys on here that lazy to where you can’t save the vessel assist phone number, that was also in the email in your phone contacts? It’s also on the sign in page of the app. Stop being lazy, call the phone number instead of relying on the app to do everything for you. And not breaking down or running over a sandbar, being an idiot and so forth also help lol

Do not waste your time

Progressive should be ashamed of sending emails to people telling them to download an app that is impossible to get past one or two pages. If I need this service I’ll call and wouldn’t be surprised if they leave me on the water based off how the app works. Can’t even enter my information, app locks up.
