v1.5 — Your Coach, On Demand What's new • Completely new user experience with redesigned UI • Your coach now designs every session on demand, from up to 16 weeks of your training history — no more waiting on a weekly program. • Your coach picks a split that matches how often you actually train — full body, a new Upper/Lower rotation, or push/pull/legs — instead of putting everyone on the same rotation. • Ask for a 45-minute session and you get one — workouts are now sized by the time they actually take, not by exercise count. • Compound lifts now credit every muscle they train: a squat counts fully for quads and partly for glutes, hamstrings and core. Your volume charts and body heatmap read honestly now. Push/pull and upper/lower balance count each set once, under the exercise's main muscle, so the ring and the number in its middle always agree. • Performance Index just got more honest: your score reflects everything you logged, not just your best sets; it reads as a 0-100 index everywhere instead of a percentage; and a day with nothing logged shows no score at all instead of a misleading "on track" green. • Tap any Performance Index number for a plain-language explanation of what it measures. • Your coach explains itself. Every "why this session" card now names the workout it explains and opens it with a tap, and Coach Memory is readable, editable, and reachable straight from the Coach tab. • Exercises you've told your coach to avoid are now genuinely never programmed again. • Cockpit Home, a new Coach tab, and a redesigned workout screen — big weight dial, one-tap logging of the weight you really lifted, immersive rest. • Redesigned routine builder, Pulse + Library progress views, a faster setup, shareable PR cards, and fuller Finnish and Swedish throughout. Thanks for training with us.
