Annoying pop ups
Every time I enter the app you give a pop up!! It is extremely annoying. Stop it or I am installing another tracker and stopping your service.
Service delay
I bought a GPS from them. The features of the product are good, but their after-sales service is absolutely terrible. If the GPS shuts down the engine, the car won’t start—that’s fine—but when I contacted their support, they told me I have to wait three days for a technician to come. Who can afford to keep their car idle for three days? It’s really disappointing that they don’t stand by their customers in urgent situations. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.
