REACTIVATE APP
love my smartband i was gifted while pregnant with my second born, now pregnant with my 3rd, my band has all my old alarms and presets but i wish i could still get into the app as some of the alarms don’t pertain to my schedule any longer! please deactivate the app!

Can’t Actually Get In?
Got given the smartband as a gift recently. Opened the app, tried to login with facebook, told me I’m not authorized. Okaaay, fine, maybe I’m supposed to sign up instead. I click “sign up”. Two screens show up one after another that have an “Agree” and “Disagree” button each, but absolutely no text- literally agreeing or disagreeing to two blank documents. Not really comfortable with that, seems really suspicious, but I decide maybe it’s just not loading and continue on.
Then the sign up form appears. Can’t get past it. Just says that there’s something wrong with the registration process. Seems sus. Not sure what to do now. Doesn’t seem like the app is down permanently because it’s definitely still on the store, but IDK.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
If I could rate this at 0 stars I would. Never has this app worked and if the app won’t work you can’t use the smartband at all. It is a complete waste of money and they never update or try to fix it. Super bummer for the pregnant moms out there who wasted money on this product when they could have bought something useful. Needs to be taken off market.

App doesn’t let you sign in and register to even be able to use the band so complete waste of money and time cause without the app the smartband is unusable

Unable to Use
Even with sufficient cell signal or WiFi connection, I was unable to register in the app, so I couldn’t connect at all. Without registering, the band cannot even be used to tell time.

I downloaded the app and I can’t even register for the app. I’ve done all steps and everything needed but nothing works! My father in law bought it for me and I can’t do anything.. kinda bummed

Bad on Multiple Accounts
1) Data is not aggregated for you to analyze.
You spend a lot of time logging important data, but there is no efficient or effective way to aggregate and analyze all that data. You and your doctor have to review the data day-by-day or creat your own weekly or monthly charts in order to spot patters. Other apps will automatically graph the data for you so you can easily see when you’re not drinking enough water or if your baby is not eating enough. You’re better off spending time logging data in an app that will help you make sense of it all.
2) You cannot read text messages. The band will notify you of a message, but it will not allow you to read the full message. (Verified with customer service. Can only see first 2 or 3 words of message, but not read full message.)
3) Horrible customer service. I called the company to verify concerns 1 and 2 above and reached a guy named Joe who had no clue how to answer my questions. He wasted my time by putting me on hold just to come back and ask what my question was again. Over 30 mins of holding, I finally reached someone who could help.

The charts are not displaying on iPhone 6
The product is great, but I'm not sure if this is a problem with the phone or the app: it does not show graphs at all for the most important variables - Parent Sleep and Steps! I tried closing the app, restating the phone, reconnecting the device - it's just would not display... Very annoying.

Now this is one nice easy convenient wearable!!
Have to say for all the other "fitness" trackers or wearables this is a double whammy. You get the "adult" section and then the child section for reports and goals and feedings and diet and well a whole bunch of info can be tracked. Getting a long battery life so im not charging it all the time and THIS IS A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PRODUCT in my opinion!!! One of our friends just found out they are expecting and they are adding to their registry Thanks Project Nursery!!!

The calorie count is messed up... on a 4K step day it says I burned 60 calories.... idk about how right that is!!! 🙄
