Unnecessarily complicated and restrictive
This app is much to select with its process. If you submit a Covid QR code, then go back 1 step the QR code will be completely invalid regardless of if you do anything with the test. In our case we went 1 step ahead and because of the ordering of the steps and because we forgot to check a page with information we though we needed to write down. The test was invalid and we now need to purchase a new test. Another problem is A friend attempted this app and was not even able to sign in fully. The testing doesn’t matter if you can’t even sign in after redownloading, using multiple phones, or multiples emails. After all that he still couldn’t sign in. A final problem is the app interface only gives you the option of the U.K. Or Hong Kong despite the necessities of other places that are comparable with this app. Overall extremely dissatisfied with the app and how necessary it is despite being poorly designed and unnecessarily exclusive.
