Outdated but good

It hasn’t been updated in a couple years so it doesn’t have data from any games after Sword and Shield, but it’s still the best app. I tried a lot of Pokédexes, and this is by far the best one. If you need info for the newer games, this isn’t the best choice, but for Sword and Shield back, this is the best one.

Edit: It’s been updated to include Scarlet and Violet

Good game

Nincada

1 star because I’m playing Pokémon emerald and I want to use a nincada so I go to the app to get its info but it closes the app when I try to learn it’s evolution level

FAQ

What kind of data does Prokedex provide?

Prokedex offers detailed data for all pocket monsters across multiple game generations. This includes information on biologies, abilities, breeding and training data, locations, moves, sprites, and items. It also features type matchups, move details, and ability information.

Can I use Prokedex offline?

Yes, the app can work without an internet connection, making its extensive data accessible anytime, anywhere. This is ideal for use during gameplay or when you don't have reliable internet access.

How does the teambuilder feature work?

The teambuilder allows you to create your ideal team of pocket monsters. You can then share your created teams on the app's cloud server with other trainers, fostering a community aspect for team strategy.

What are the benefits of the caught checklist and living dex?

These features help you manage your collection progress for each game. You can track which monsters you've caught, including regional and national Pokédex completions, and work towards completing a Living Dex.

Is there a cost associated with using Prokedex?

The application is free to download and use, but it does offer in-app purchases. This monetization model allows users to access core features for free while offering optional purchases for enhanced functionality or content.
