Bugs galore
So many bugs. Mobile app is terrible. Desktop is better, but also needs a lot of work.
App doesn’t update, not intuitive …
The app doesn’t notify of changes or update with new messages like a text message would. I’m quite disappointed with Prokeep’s intuitiveness overall.

Searching for customers on the app is kinda buggy, most of the time I can’t get rid of the keyboard to look at the full list.
I wish I could get notifications when someone messages me.

Not very happy
This app was some what okay, but now we don’t even get any type of notification. No banner, no Lock Screen notification. Nothing. We keep missing customers texts because of this issue.
