App quit working
“Couldn’t connect to server. An exception has occurred.” And, if you go to the website, you may or may not be able to access your library.
Needs an update.
Apps works good. Except if you have not been using it recently it will not load your books in your library. To pull your books up you have to go to your account on the web to see what you have in you library. Something to address if the app is being discontinued or blocked for certain devices or States. The developer needs to notify their users.

Was good...
I've used this app for several years and it used to be useful although I only used it to "archive" books I no longer wanted to see in my library on the website (you can't archive books *on* their website). For the last couple of months, opening the app shows me an error message: Couldn't connect to the server. An exception has occurred.

Brilliant little App
This App makes it so easy to download books from Prolific Works. Excellent little App. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Just got my new app. I am so glad to have it! I have been exploring it and loving it! It automatically displays all my books I have received, in an orderly fashion and make the downloading super easy! Whoo hoo!
Great introduction to new authors
I found one of my favourite new authors through prolific works and then had to binge read her entire collection. I look forward to every email
Difficult
I found it difficult to use the app and find my book. It took many attempts before I found and got to read my book. I found it frustrating
A bit tricky @ first
This website is new to me. I’ve used a few others & had great experiences with them. This one has been quite tricky and challenging to figure out. Initially found this difficult to download/claim books on the account I set up. These didn’t automatically download to device as other sites that I have used in the past. No worries though. I finally figured it out…Issues resolved after reading FAQs.

Prolific Works App
I think this is the first time I’ve left a review for an app. But this app is so easy to use!
I need more books like I need a hole in my head, but this is so easy, I have to say how much I love it and yes, a bunch more books have already been added!

No problems!
Downloading the app was quick and easy. I usually have issues downloading a book when I can’t get it on my kindle. With this app downloading the book was fast and no issues! Now I just open Prolific and my book is there to read.
Unreadable books
Unable to read the ebook on kindle. Would rather been able to read the books in app
Still Nearly useless!
All I can do is access the books I have downloaded. (All of them.) 1) I can't archive the books I've read, 2) I can't delete anything, I can't 3) add a date to show I completed a review. I'm not sure whether the app is supposed to do more and can't, or it's just for that purpose. The app downloads books easily. That's all. 4) Why isn't there a way to say I won't be reviewing a book because the language is filthy? Or a way to remove it from my list? 5) Three of my books so far, weren't on Amazon or GoodReads. Should I add them to GoodReads to post a review? 6) What do YOU do for authors besides make books available? How do they get feedback? Because I would like to communicate with the publisher or author.

Poor Kindle integration
I downloaded this to see if it was easier to side load Kindle files than on the browser, and it was very much worse - just gives a file with a random number name.

Awful app
Doesn’t want to work with Mac products Took almost an hour to download it into a format I can use. Please make things easier for us old folks. Keep it Simple! Leslie
Doesn’t work with Kindle
The directions for downloading books was somewhat confusing, not user-friendly. When I try to open them in my Kindle app it says it has sent them but they never show up!😢 update. I can get on kindle app on phone but not iPad. Can’t figure out how to find new books. Too confusing!

Book endings
I just downloaded the app yesterday and also some books , the only thing I would like to see is if each book is a stand alone book or if I’m going to need to purchase books to end a story line
