Great all-around CRM

This CRM is all encompassing, and definitely helps me keep jobs straight. It has also helped me close more jobs than I would be able to without it. The automated messaging features keep my customers informed. The quoting software sends highly detailed quotes with options and add-ons that keep the customer in charge of the total for the job. It’s custom tailored for roofers, but was very easy to set up for my deck and porch construction company. Also any issues I’ve had have been addressed within minutes and often completely resolved within a couple hours. Highly recommend!

Superior to all others... here's the proof:

Because I don't want my competitors knowing that this app is my secret sauce and competitive advantage, I'm tempted to leave a 2-star review haha!

I spent 2 entire weeks intensively comparing a dozen different roofing CRM softwares, and this one was the only one that comprehensively handled every ASPECT of a small to mid-size roofing business. It has support for commercial operations too, but I can't speak to that.

Best Roofing CRM

It helps us sell jobs while we sleep or after hours. Our team loves it!

No Caller ID

Many features just don’t work, but how can you not have caller ID? It’s been accepted and necessary since the early 2000s, all the contacts are there but I can’t know which customer is calling me. This needs to be fixed, I don’t understand how it was rolled out without

Response from developer

We totally understand your frustration with the lack of caller ID. This was an intentional decision on our part though, not an oversight, so let me explain the reasoning: In order to provide caller ID we would have to route calls via your phone's data connection, which means you would not be able to receive or answer phone calls unless you had perfect service with 5G or at least LTE. This is a huge complaint with the other VOIP apps out there that constantly miss or drop calls. We know contractors are often working in areas with poor service, so this would have been an even bigger issue for us had we taken that route. To avoid this problem, we decided to instead route incoming calls via your phone service using call forwarding, which means inbound calling works even when service is poor. The downside is that because the call is being forwarded through your regular cell number, we can't control the call screen to show caller ID. To compensate for the lack of regular caller ID, we provide the caller's name both in the form of a push notification to your phone and audibly as a "whisper message" before you actually answer the call. Between these two methods you will always know who is calling, it's just a little less convenient than normal caller ID. Again, we understand it would be ideal to have both the regular caller ID and the reliable calling, but due to this being technically impossible we were forced to choose, and decided that reliable calling was more important overall.

Phenomenal App

Great stuff.
