Distance reset on its own
I had the altitude and everything set to the highest level as I was flying drone dropped dramatically into the trees when I pulled the chart up to see what the distance was everything reset to 30Feet on it own now I’m out a drone
New update
We need a new update, the app says my drone and controller are not connected and they are, the video and camera buttons don’t work on the app or on the controller

It shows futtage of the camara on the drone to make videos and it helps to learn about how to fly a drone

I have had no issues it’s good for the money I paid. Definitely a good starter drone also had no problems with app
Freezes up badly
Just purchased and video feed is terrible, keeps freezing up, absolute garbage.

One Problem
Whenever I try to change the distance settings, it infinitely loads and I can only flight 50 meters because of it.
iPhone X
Had the iPhone 6s Plus. Just upgraded to iPhone X’s max. And app don’t work with the iPhone xs max please fix this problem

Nice drone, POOR APP‼️
As everyone is saying app doesn’t connect phone, drone and remote, thus far useless! No pictures, no videos, and no control from phone/app! Had it two days, I want a refund!!
Works fine!
I bought a gps Shadow and the app works completely fine with my iPhone 8. It has a nice interface and everything is easy to operate. Haven’t had any issues, but if you do, other apps that make this drone also support the Promark drone such as SJRC.

When will Promark p70 GPS drone add a directional map app for the Promark GPS drone***it will make flying Promark GPS drone more fun to fly***
App does not respect the orientation of my device!
What is wrong with this app? I keep turning my device to view different functions of the app.
Drone issue
I bought a Promark shadow 2 months ago. I was flying it then I click on the return home button then it did not return to the take off location and one of the blade hit something even if the drone had the blade protector. Since then the drone can’t take off. Whenever I try 3 of the blades turn then shot off and the app there is a massage that says Motor protection. I try to call. Email the costumer support for the last 3 weeks they never email me back and the phone number their provide they never answer no matter the time you call. Is there a real customer service for the this company? I need help with the drone

iPhone 4s iOS 9.3.5 , l love this drone, but update as of 01/17 still won't let the camera connect, when I push the control button it tries to come up but crashes the app, FYI, worked great before 01/03 update, please fix, thanks as of 02/01 this has been fixed. Great drone for the money
Update killed app
After updating app, when drone is ready to fly, live video stops working.
Freezes up a lot
The app freezes up way too often. Wish the distances could be switched from metric to English standard system.
App needs to be more modernized
The Promark GPS and VR App needs a lot of work done on it. Very clunky. As others have said, the video stream will freeze once the drone is airborne. Also need to figure out why the camera cannot be controlled with the controller. Doesn't tilt like it's suppose to. The drone itself is a good drone, just need to upgrade the app and release a controller update so there won't be bugs in it.

The app was not great when I first got it, but through many big fixes, it has gotten much better.
