Need improvements
#1 add leaderboard
#2 remove that popup of available on ios! I get it! I have it already on my iphone!
#3 ability to Login with my face, or atleast save my login info, not being forced to write login info every time i open the application

Horrible app for business professionals!
What kind of app doesn’t let you edit, copy, or paste emails. Cancel appointments or edit notes??!!!
I work at a car dealership and we have templates we are required to use by our company. This app does not allow me to edit the templates so that I may put in the right information.
Also I set a schedule for the wrong day or time and I can’t delete it. Only create a whole new appointment. Finally notes. Why can I not edit notes I put in?? This app drives me crazy when I am away from my desk and computer and need to contact a lead on the fly through email.

Not User Friendly
Poorly designed and very glitchy. Not able to complete normal function as a salesperson. Logs off of program during deals.
Ok in a pinch but not a go-to app
If this app would allow you to auto-log-in with face recognition or thumbprint or hold your login, that would help. But then you have limited access to information: no leaderboard, you have to scroll sideways to see everything, and limited access to client’s information. Like I said, I use it infrequently because I constantly have to log-in and there’s limited information.

I can no longer use this app. It only says “No Access” though I can log into the computer version all day long.

Poor formatting
Update: The email formatting is still absolutely horrible. I can’t wait until we switch CRM’s to get away from this time waster.
Like ProMax itself, the app needs more polishing. The latest update hides all of the customer data once you “take action”. It was nice to be able to see the customer name, or even the desired vehicle, so that I could reference back when typing an email. I also dislike that once I take action I cannot move to a different app and come back. If I do, all of my information is gone and I have to log back in. The email feature also has poor formatting for iPhone. I will highlight a word to correct or erase it, and once I start typing it kicks me to the beginning of the sentence. It also duplicates words when auto filling. I’ve never experience either of those formatting issues in another app.
I wish ProMax would button up all of their products, because everything we have seems to operate like an unfinished beta version.
