Still sucks
I deeply regret financing my car with them. The app is just garbage. I just need to find the account and routing number and I can’t find it. I’m sure I have to call the office to get it which is what I have to do to make a payment, it’s very inconvenient when you work nights.
Who is designing this? Whoever it is, please for the love of God take some inspiration from other banking apps like USAA, Chase, or PNC.

About to leave Promedica
This is ridiculous! This is the third time I have had to re-download a new up, just to update! There is no need for this! I go to check my account, and now I have to jump through hoops just to pay bills, or see what I have available. Enough is enough.

Hello, the old app worked just fine, now this one takes forever to load. Would not recommend
