Every time l try to log in my whole app clears out and takes me back to my Home Screen. It never remembers me, it’s a glitched app compared to the last one.

Horrible log in process

Can you please revise the steps for logging in? I have face recognition, so EVERY time I log in, I have to click “Ok” for the pop up message that a password is required. I KNOW a password is required, but your app should be smart enough to know that I’m using face recognition. I don’t have to do this on any other app!!!!

It’s worse

They made it so much worse. Seriously, fire whoever implemented this. Between the updated website and how difficult it is to log in, and now this app that shows very little details arranged poorly. We also didn’t receive adequate notification of the changes.

I expected an upgrade. Not this garbage.

How? Just how do they make it so much worse?
