The UI is too cartoony for me. It’s nicer than all the other platforms because the others look like an app from the 90s but the amount of colors and cartoons makes it difficult to figure out where I’m at in the app.

Hi, I'm sorry to read that you weren't satisfied with the app. As a subscriber paying $99 a month you have unlimited access to range views. If this wasn't the case for you, I sincerely apologise and would like to offer you additional subscription access for free as compensation. Please email support@prometheuspoker.com with your account email address if you would like to make use of the offer. Preflop is automated because including postflop solutions for all possible preflop lines makes the game tree exponentially larger, which adds another layer of difficulty. Nevertheless preflop play is on our to-do list as we would love to be able to offer this to our users too! As for the prizes, to confirm there are no cash prizes available. But we did have 4 winners earlier this year who won tickets to the WSOP! We're looking to improve and expand on this feature, and to make prize winning more transparent.
