Be Careful
I got some of my credit card info compromised and it was scary. Do not use the credit card camera scan feature. The app was safer when I used to type in the numbers but I don’t trust it anymore. I recommend going to the site vice the app because somebody tried to buy dresses with my card. Luckily Prom Girl sent me a notification that an order was not getting through and I caught it.

Every time I have purchased a dress it has lived up to my expectations, if not exceded them. The costumer service is great. The shipping is fast( dress was expedited to arrive aug23-35, but arrived the 20th). Buying a dress online is scary. You don’t know if you’re going to get a cheap mess that’s nothing like the picture. I purchased my wedding dress from here for less then $200. It got here fitting like a glove. You can’t beat the price and quality. I hope PromGirl maintains their great prices.

My prom dress from here was everything and more, it fit me perfectly and my dress made me feel extremely beautiful and elegant

I downloaded the app and created an account but none of the images of the dresses are popping up it just gives me a grey box :’(
Unable to see dresses
I am sure this app is great it works just fine for others. But, I just can’t see any of the dresses. They all come up at blank squares, everywhere there are just blank squares. It’s so frustrating. There are so many bugs that need to be fixed. I just think that this app needs to be fixed a lot more until I will feel comfortable using it. Just my opinion though, it clearly is working for others.

Don’t show it on the feed, or say it’s available for it to be completely out of stock? Literally every single dress I clicked on. Take it down or make it known it’s sold out.

It’s amazing! They always have dresses on sale. I ordered my prom dress from them and was very unsure because I thought it would look totally different in person but it didn’t. The dresses look exactly like the picture. My dress was a little expensive but I have seen cute dresses under $50 and even some that cost only $19

I love PromGirl!! There are so many sizes, styles, colors, and patterns. The only problem I’ve had with this app is that (1 sometimes pictures of the dresses aren’t available (2 and the prices are pretty high. Short dresses are cheap, yes, but people don’t generally wear short dresses to prom. These are my suggestions.
