I wish the permit office would not recommend this app. It is complete and utter trash does not work at all. Total waste of time.

Would be an awesome app if it kept working I used it one day and then could not use it the next now it will not work at all just keeps saying error 404 I can’t put the permit number in manually because it won’t work

Don’t waste your time or money only works on certain states and no freehand to adjust route or input for unsupported states

I think out of 10 permitted routes in Illinois, it’s worked twice. Most of the time it’ll say forbidden route or expired.

So I am a pilot car driver and I try to have my routes just the same as the driver so we’re on the same page. Routing a Mississippi route on Google maps and couldn’t find Ms 198 so after I got frustrated I decided to try pro miles and it worked! I do wish it had other features and I hope the app only gets better!

Simply does NOT work
QR code scanner doesn’t work. When you attempt to enter the info manually, there is an error message and you are told the permit does not exist. Would be a wonderful tool if it worked at all. These issues have happened in both MT and IL.
Cannot get the App to work
This App was great when it first came out. In the past year or so I haven’t been able to successfully scan the QR Code and says “Permit does not exist” when I manually enter the Illinois permit number.

Please please please fix the camera focusing issue on iPhone 15 Pro. I can’t scan the QR code because the camera does not switch between the 3 lenses. App is virtually unusable right now.
