App doesn't work and when you try to contact support they don't answer. I have been trying to contact support through the app and email haven't gotten no response. It keeps saying that we haven't put our extensions on Safari even though they are on and it won't let us continue on. The promise button is still locked

Subscription scam?
I bought the subscription by accident, and didn’t think anything of it because I thought it was only $1 a week AS ADVERTISED when you choose free or subscription. Charged me $66 and I would like a full refund because I do NOT want the subscription and it is not what it is advertised!! If your going to put it as $1 weekly then damn change it as that!, paying for $1 and getting around $60 taken out of my account is absurd.

Does not block fetish sites /: Like if your partner has a foot fetish? they can still access footfinder and such. Would love if the app would show the sites your partner has visited but as of now I have no idea if they are still viewing fetish content or not. Tumblr, X, and Deviantart should be blocked as well.

One sided
It’s one sided, I really like this app I bought a subscription but it’s only for the betrayed partner. I was really disappointed when I relised that the rebuild trust path wasn’t for him to rebuild my trust.
Another AI app
Super janky. Couldn’t even put in the start date for our relationship. It had me select a date and then nothing changed. Lots of AI suggestions and clearly just another AI app they want you to pay a subscription for. I wish people would stop trying to profit off of apps that don’t even work and aren’t fully developed

I bought the subscription then I tried to sign up and it wouldn’t even let me create an account.
Actually pretty solid
I wasn’t really expecting much at first but this app actually surprised me. It’s super easy to use and doesn’t feel confusing like some other apps I’ve tried. Everything loads quick and I haven’t had any weird bugs so far. I mainly got it just to try it out, but I’ve been using it more than I thought I would. Definitely worth checking out if you’re on the fence.

Maps and history
There should be a way to keep the location enabled and be able to go back and see the history, also maybe a sound feature that bypasses silent phones, and the toggle on off should t be so easy. There should be more of a way to see what happened while the security was off. Great app though

I saw online that you could look at your partners private tabs from the app however I don’t see the feature in the app t would be very useful to have a feature like that or be able to find it

I chose the subscription that was a little under a dollar then they proceed to charge me like 55$ 💀 then I couldn’t cancel it afterwards!💀

I joined promise using my partners code and I recently bought the everything pack yearly and all the extra promises remain locked on both sides even though apple has confirmed and charged my card I have sent an email using the feedback option as well

So far, I absolutely love the app!! It was buggy for my partner, but he was able to email the developer and get it all taken care of. I love that the team is willing to work with us consumers to make the app better and constantly looking for feedback. I love everything it has to offer this far. Like helping keep accountability for partners! I definitely would recommend for partners.
