Crashes, bugs, it's horrible
Sometimes it worked at first. But now every video crashes and loses all the work to make it. I have a new iPhone that works perfect so I know it's just horrible software. Of course they won't give a refund. Horrible company and horrible software.
Literally can't use it. Wasted hours making videos that just crash and disappear. A total waste of time and money.

App Does not work from iPhone or iPad. Super frustrating to use
Don’t bother paying for subscription
This app only lets you use their videos even after paying subscription I couldn’t edit and use one of my videos the functionality is very spotty sometimes you’ll spend time editing a video then it will not save your changes when go to publish it. Waste of time
It would be nice
This app would be nice if it actually worked. Since day one it hasn’t worked properly and I paid for it too. You can’t change images I constantly have to reapply my purchase. I waste hours going through a design and it doesn’t publish correctly or at all. I’d love to get my money back.
Too laggy
I've tried playing around on this app off and in all day and I can't get anything to even load. It takes forever to do anything.
Terrible app. Download total says it all
Terrible. Says “something went wrong” with everything you try to do. Loads extremely slow. Canva is 10x better.

This is completely horrible I bought this app months ago and haven’t been able to use it yet because it’s crashes every single time I try to use it. Do not buy this because you will waste your money
Does this app ever work?
I love the PC version but the app is needed to work on the run. All I ever get is "an error occurred check back later". The two stars is because of the PC version. This app is the worst.

No option to upload original video.
Also in text edit, there's no way out without killing the app. The keyboard gets stuck open and prevents you from accessing the exit button. I had to kill the whole app. I'll stick to the desktop version for now. Hopefully this app improves soon.
Great and simplistic app, needs work on bugs
I use a combination of apps I love this one for how easy it is . It needs work on some areas (bugs , and ability to use .png images for logos). Aside from some performance issues it’s fantastic.

Apparently you have to use a template I can’t see where you start a fresh project I can’t do anything with the template without purchasing promo so therefore it’s not free you can’t do anything with it unless you buy it why would I pay for something without even knowing if I like it you can’t do anything with it unless you purchase it. There are too many other apps out there for us to do that so no thank you.

Don’t bother
Paying for an app that I make a video and try to publish and get an error every-time. Sometimes the stock videos are there, sometimes it’s only one. Can’t save or do a draft. Crappy app right now with no way to get support.

Can’t save the video
I purchased the yearly subscription. Everything is great but can’t seem to download the video I created. Only gives me a link option

Hi I purchased the year subscription for $59 but was charged $79. I like the app but the price was deceptive. Can you explain?

Was a great app until I tried uploading my logo, it crashes every time I try to add any photos, I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won’t allow it
Zero Stars if I Could
This app is complete BS. I paid for the monthly and quickly canceled my subscription after 10 minutes. WHY CAN’T YOU UPLOAD YOUR OWN VIDEOS/PICTURES?! How am I supposed to promote my products when I can’t even preview them? Lol. Makes no sense. The desktop version is better but way too expensive ($500 for the year..). I hate that you can search for songs on the app, you literally have to guess what genre it’s filtered under. Way too tedious, rather just try my best on iMovie to create my own promo!
