I have been using ProMonitoring for the past 10 Months. It is a very manageable program and the app is super helpful and easy to use and navigate. I easily follow the app instructions and receive a message notification about advancing or using the same retainers for one more week. In addition, it provides feedback on what to continue doing to improve and see better results. I like the feature that shows my before and after. Most of anything, I am enjoying the results.

iPhone 17 incompatible
This app has been okay so far. Nothing that caused any issues. But overall a little clunky.
Then I got a new phone and realized that the flash doesn’t fit inside the provided teeth scanner. Making it impossible to get scans approved.
Their solution was to send the OLD scan box. Which didn’t work any better.
It’s now been months and ironically the only messages I get are about how my photos are too dark.
The team has been completely mia on this known issue. Really disappointing. A simple LED would fix the issue.

The Best
Candid Pro is great! The app walks you thru the scans and it’s a very convenient way to go about your orthodontic treatment. It’s nice not having to go into an office for regular treatment. It’s only been 2 months but I’ve already seen great results! I highly recommend this new approach to straightening your teeth or whatever your concern(s) might be.

Great product, and especially great app.
This has saved me and my Dentist time by cutting our office visits to fewer, and made orthodontics feel even more possible with a busy schedule. I'm a month in so far, and I've already started seeing progress. I put a lot of trust in both my dentist and ProMonitoring.
First Rate
I am an older individual realigning my teeth as part of my TMJ treatment. The ProMonitoring system is designed for users in mind. The scans are easy to take and cuts down on visits to my dentist who happens to be over an hour away. I’m pleased with the results so far. As a teenager I had braces and recalled the discomfort each time the wires were adjusted by my orthodontist. With the ProMonitoring system the adjustment made in each new tray is very precise and result in minimal and short-lived discomfort. I’d recommend the ProMonitoring system to anyone who is looking to improve their smile.

As someone who previously had braces, this app is great because it’s super detailed and gets every angle. Even does a time lapse of your teeth before and throughout the Invisalign journey!
