Overnight, app becomes unusable

Overnights, the developers website went down and the app is unusable as long as their website is down. Can’t even submit a support ticket because it’s handled through their website. This app should be standalone and zero reason why it’s dependent on their host website.

As long as the website is down, this app is dead and a waste of a subscription. I’ll be opening a dispute with Apple to get this months money back.

Outages. They happen. Just... Prompt and Panic as a company have been so good for so long that I'm just.... confused!

Buggy scam

They tell you you are buying both iOS and Mac. No try to install the Mac app and you pay again. Or worse “subscribe”.

Ugly UI

Prompt 3 used to look good and function well but overtime the team developing it has stopped putting in effort. Instead of embracing iPadOS UI elements, they have been avoiding them which is causing major usability issues. UI elements collide with traffic light window controls, something almost all other apps avoid. Top bar looks terrible as a “fix” but the fix is unreliable. I pay for this…

Developer charges a subscription for an app that doesn’t see major updates ever.
