Horrible
Horrible app. Keeps crashing. Won’t perform simple (1 sentence command) edits. I should’ve just saved my money and used a different app. I have to keep the app open the entire time or else it crashes. All I asked was for it to add zooms and light transitions. No zooms for added. When I asked for a re-edit, it kept crashing. Horrible. Much better alternatives out there

Promptly has honestly saved me so much time. I used to spend hours in CapCut cutting out filler words, adding captions, zoom effects, and trying to make my videos look professional. Now I just upload a clip, tell Promptly the style I want, and it does everything for me in under a minute.
The captions look great, the cuts are clean, and the B-roll and effects actually fit the content instead of feeling random. The ability to re-edit by chat is probably my favorite feature because I can just tell it what I want changed instead of starting over.
If you make TikToks, Reels, or YouTube Shorts and hate editing, this app is a no-brainer. Definitely one of the best AI creator tools I've used.
