ProNav gets an A+

My 3rd season with it and I like more and more each year. No Minnkota units available during the pandemic. Stumbled onto the ProNav site and never regretted it. As a bonus it saved me a lot of money. Would buy again without hesitation.

Anchor mode is unreliable

I really think the ProNav is draining my batteries. It seems to run at 241% thrust when in anchor mode. And it rotates the motor beyond 360 degrees so the motor gets twisted up. Can’t trust it

Anchor fubar

Despite updates, anchor mode will wrap transducer cord. Constant monitoring is required to prevent damage as it will fully 360+. A mechanical device is available from PNA, but still causes you to stop fishing and tend the motor.
Everything else is 5 star, including customer service. Superior to iPilot

For trolling it’s great set your points and go you can put all your rods in and get fishing faster and you don’t have to worry about getting off course
