Digital Flight Logs • Pilots can now fill in a full technical log for every flight — route & times, hours & cycles, fuel, de-ice, oil, ECTM, inspection and defects — with running totals carried forward automatically. • Sign off on screen: per-pilot signatures with licence numbers, save as draft anytime, and submit when complete with clear highlighting of anything missing. • Admins get a Defects Logged review queue on Operations, a flight-log list on every aircraft, and pilots get nudges for outstanding logs. Flight Folio Scan • Photograph the paper Flight Folio sheet and Pronteer reads it for you — every field extracted automatically into a digital record on the aircraft. Trips & Flights • Add a new passenger without leaving the flight — straight from the PAX picker. • Completing a trip is now only blocked by genuinely unsubmitted tasks, and the message tells you which flight to check. • Draft trips stay private: no roster or task notifications to crew, and no draft flights in profiles or stats. Crew & Passengers • Adding crew and passengers is now a friendly step-by-step wizard. • Country flags on nationality and phone pickers, real flight totals on My Profile, and preference notes that keep their line breaks. Documents • Document privacy fixed end to end: public documents show up for everyone, private ones stay private, with Public/Private badges on every list. • A compact new upload row across all document drawers. Security • Face ID / Touch ID app lock — turn it on in Account Settings and the app locks itself whenever you leave. • Additional server-side privacy and permission hardening. Plus • Bottom sheets now slide in and out smoothly everywhere. • The keyboard no longer causes flashes or reflows, and returning to the app keeps your unsaved edits. • Unread-only filter in your inbox, desktop inbox with unread badge, Export to PDF for submitted tasks. • Subscription plans (Solo / Core / Fleet) with plan-based aircraft limits. • Times shown as UTC offsets, redesigned empty states, and many design refinements and bug fixes.
