Use the website instead
This app didn’t work for me at all. I tried buying a ticket several times and nothing happened. I ended up paying the bus driver directly. Prontobus is a very useful bus line for getting to and from Rome, so I hope they fix their app soon. In the meantime, I’ll buy tickets from the website.
