Great concept needs better execution
As somebody who does contract work for multiple companies for user experience I can say that this app is definitely not the quickest or most aesthetically pleasing to work with but it does get the job done for small startups or people who need to make their first few deliveries and get confirmation.
Make the customer journey of your app shorter...much shorter...find ways to kill 2 birds with one stone.
Make it more colorful and exciting. People coming to your app are people who doing something different otherwise they would have established platforms to work with. offer some excitement in your app to get your user excited because if this was my first delivery and I had to use this app I would be scared.
