Very average app - no longer supported??
This app just falls sort and is clunky to use. Plus it has not be updated in over a year so it would seem that ProofHub does not have plans on maintaining it.
And no Dark Mode.

Needs a lot of work
App is still very buggy. Frequently shuts down and is slow to upload. Logging thru okay relax url to assist in task management with virtual assistants. This is particularly annoying because updates take hours to register and you can’t use the app to get a real time assessment of the tasks progress.

The new UI is much better to follow
Just please allow to add more wallpapers, which really boosts the mood every day
Slow to load and can’t view announcements
The app is very slow to load and doesn’t show projects. It also doesn’t allow you to click on an announcement to see the details or respond. You can only add new announcements.
So frustrating….
Proofhub is a wonderful service. We are excited about using it and I want our team to use this app. As I test it and learn it for myself, I’m finding it very slow to update (hours) when changes are made or assignments are given on a desktop. Sometimes I open my account in the app, only to find it completely empty of contents. When I get email notifications of a change, it won’t open in the app. Swiping out and reopening does not fix the problem. I just have have to wait and come back later to try again. This is unworkable.
I have used other project management mobile apps that work seamlessly with their desktop counterparts. In my experience, this one does not. I love Proofhub. However, I believe that our plan to rely on the app has to be amended

Works well on the web, but app needs a lot of work
The web version of the tool is great, but the app acts weird - for example every time you update a time sheet entry, it makes the recorded date 1 day earlier. This is a problem when you change the billing state of the entry. Many other UI issues as well.

All of these people must have downloaded a different app or are from a competitor. This app is really great. Easy to use and a great extension of the full site. Full of features and very intuitive interface. Keep up the good work, guys. Not app related but please work on custom fields for forms! It would be absolutely perfect!

I’ve just downloaded the app and so far it’s fast and clean.
Will likely use for basic chat and make notes and if that works I’ll be very Happy!

App Difficulty
I am trying to login to the app, and can’t get past the “set password” screen. It won’t let me scroll down to “advance”. Pretty frustrating.
No per-user fee...best team management app
No per-user fees, that means i can add unlimited team members, right? and also unlimited projects?
If thats the case, I am sold. For now, jumping in for trial.. & will subscribe soon enough. proof hub, its great of you people making it 100% free for schools in times like these. thank-you & stay blessed.

Great service on the site. Terrible app.
The irony that a company who makes a productivity software can’t seem to get their app to work nearly as good as their website is hilarious. I’m on an iPad Pro and the app looks like its was made in 2010. I can’t get half the tools to work and honestly it just looks like a stripped down version of their web service stuffed into a web app and left their to rott. It’s very unfortunate really as I like their web service but I’m on my phone or iPad 99% of the time using apps. Shame.

Can’t even log in!
A project and client management app where you can’t even log in?! I’m on a free trial and this doesn’t inspire confidence...

Horrible. don’t waste your time
Horrible , can’t login, can’t access a project URL, not intuitive, worst app I’ve seen. My four year old could build a better app

They marketed this as the ultimate alternative to BaseCamp, but to be honest and from my personnel experience I was very interested to migrate from BaseCamp to ProofHub, And even though I had a demo session with them and also show you how to "Import projects from Basecamp”, after the demo session ended I tried to import my projects from BaseCamp to ProofHub but it didn’t allow me to do it and I came to realise that it only allows for (Basecamp Next & Basecamp Classic) but not BaseCamp 3, to my suprise they don’t even mention that ProofHub doesn’t import BaseCamp 3.
Can ProofHub import BaseCamp 3 into ProorHub? the answer is NO.
Did you ask me on what type of BaseCamp Im using? the answer is NO.

Great setup and layout. But tooo many bugs and slow. I have to look for another software.
