Review
Great store with lots of selections and staff is friendly and available to help out
Unusable
Every time I choose an option it tells me there are no items found. I click on every shopping option, flower, pre-roll, concentrates, etc…. Nothing happens. If it does, ever, I might get an item or two but then when I try to check out it tells me it’s out of stock. Don’t get it! If I could give no stars I would.

Proper way to deliver
Never unsatisfied with the service i receive from proper!!
User friendly
Like the website but even easier
Difficult
They charge $3.50 to use cash but the debit doesn’t work
Best times
Best people and products hands down
Good customer service
They are real good company everyone’s friendly. I love going in there.
Blazed and confused
The staff is always great. The weed is good when I get home. I feel blazed and confused and that’s exactly the way I want to feel. lol
Meh
Slow and not as responsive. Lay out and menus are kinda wonky
Great App
Very easy to navigate and makes the process easier and much smoother.
Points
On point for everything except the reward system, I lost many many points I had built up at the first of the year
Best stuff
Proper has the best strains, the best staff at the dispensary. I will find a Proper wherever I travel
It’s a dispensary app!
You order your dispensary treats, and then you pick them up. Link your bank account to avoid ATM fees. 10/10 stars app of the decade
Proper Quality
Best Price and Best Quality . They moved further from me but I hope it’s closer fer you.
Fast and easy
App was very easy to use and fast
Glitchy
I guess I am signed in automatically on this app BUT when I go to checkout Dutchie asks me to sign in. I try to through Google like I have in the past and Google rejects it. This is precisely why I refuse to put payment info into anything from Dutchie. Dutchie is buggy. Needs more work.
So easy
Proper makes it easy to order and pick up. They also helpful with suggestions.
Horrible App Experience
The Cart menu was completely wrong showing all the items as the same price. Once in Checkout it was fine.
If you search an item it doesn’t put it at the top, just have to scroll about 10 down to find what you wanted.
Sent 3 confirmation texts confirming my order after having issues signing in and using the discount code since it has to be tied to an account.
Hope to see this improve as I liked using the website so an in-house app has potential.
