Why do you need personal data to track properties
Even to try what this app offers, we need to register, give personal email and mobile numbers, upload proof of ownership..effectively surrender yourself. No thanks!
Great neat app
Great app with lots of information handy without having to pay for it. However the mortgage max length is set at 30 years, which limits investors who have longer mortgages. Would be good to have graphs comparing equity in a property vs mortgage paid off.

As a property investor this app enables me to track market value in real time. It also shares a bunch of calculators to track borrowing amount, plus stamp deity. The app helps me to be smarter!
App stuck after latest update
Great app. Needs a bit more tuning on UI but overall is good. Latest update made it stuck though. I dont want to delete and reinstall. Pls fix. Thanks.

Realestate.com.au app has the same and more features than PropertyDollar.
Also PropertyDollar wants a copy of your rates notice before they provide you with the same information you can get from the realestate.com app.
Be careful providing them with this data once they have it they can give it to anyone.

Very useful. This app tells me everything about my property and my real estate investments.
