Great app, small bug
This is a great and easy to use app. The last update seems to have introduced a bug in the buy and hold projection where you can no longer see the slider to change the year.

Simple to use and still gives a good performance projection for properties.

I’ve used this for a long time. there are fancier, but this is the least annoying and easiest to use!
Best valuation tool, hands down
This app may be 13 years old, but it is fantastic. I started in this business back in 2015, and have used this app since 2016. I’ve since acquired six buildings using this tool. It generates excellent PDF presentations. I recommend this for both investors and RE agents/brokers for presenting opportunities to their clients.

No reply from support after a few attempts
I have been trying to email a report for over a week to my client and it is not sending from app. Support does not respond. Even after I upgraded my app for more money. Please send me a refund.. I tried to delete app and reinstall and I knowingly would lose my inputted info but tried any way and after putting the property info in again same problem.

Use it on every property I sell
Best and most simple to use app out there.
Simplicity and ease of use
This app is much easier to use than the other software in the rental property market. I really like the way the reports are laid out and how quickly I can add data. When I had a question, support was quick and helpful. Highly recommended for investors.
Very helpful app but needs work
Easy to use. Love the report.
Two issues discovered so far:
1. Unlimited expense lines (we have more than 35) result in overflow on the report page. Cannot submit a report like that to clients or potential investors. Also cannot export to Excel or Numbers to modify report problem.
2. ‘Future improvements’ needs a year selection.
Please fix.

Doesn’t work.
I bought it for $50. When it didn’t work, I wrote in, and never got a reply. Bad app. No customer support. It used to be the best app when I used it years ago.

Really nicely laid out and the calculations are spot on. I bought the pro version. I think it needs to synch across devices and the interface look is a bit outdated.

I purchased both this app and “fixer” in March 2012. They were $50 each. It is now asking me to purchase again. Please help resolve.
Reports won’t forward
I used to like this app. However, after inputting all the information of a potential deal, the app freezes when you try to forward it or print. Currently, this data is only can be used on your screen.
Please have this fixed if you can.

Don’t waste your money. Even the preview shows a google map effectively working and in 4 years they haven’t been able to fix that. This broke during iOS 9...
So if you’re not a developer you may not know this, apple pulls stale apps automatically. This one got pulled so they resubmitted to get it up again. There have been Zero changes or “minor bug fixes”. None.
The map still doesn’t even work. This has the same bugs it did 4 years ago and hasn’t been upgraded. Developer doesn’t even reply to help tickets or email inquiries. I’ve sent dozens!

Don’t bother
Bought this years ago and can’t restore purchases - you have to rebut it for $30 again. This app hasn’t been updated in 3 years. Don’t waste your time or money
DONT PAY FOR THIS APP
I purchased the Pro versions of Property Evaluator and Property Fixer back in 2010 when the original owner/developer Joel was in charge. I had numerous conversations with him on feedback for the apps and he was always communicative and helpful. The current owners of the apps are not. I have contacted them on numerous occasions just to update it to work on the current iOS at the time since it had stopped working, and years later when they finally update it to work, they don’t allow for us to restore our original purchases and do not reply to email support. This used to be a great app, and company, and now it’s extremely disappointing.

Used to be useful but now not supported -
Bought upgraded versions on other devices but now am unable to use them on new device. Expensive and disappointing.
Save your money
I am already Pro paid customer. Now that I have a new device. Greedy developer wants me to pay for it again. Restore purchase does not work.
This App Used to be Great! Not anymore.
So I first bought this App and was thrilled that something finally came along with all the features this app offered... Well - as it turns out, a little bit of bait and switch has been quickly leaned by the folks over at Property Evaluator... seems they start removing functions and small, but necessary, items unless you Upgrade your “new service features”... which aren’t new at all - you just simply removed them from the original purchase features and decided to milk folks for a few more bucks to give them back...
I’ve emailed support - no response.
In fact - I’ve done it a few times.
No response.
If you’re looking for an App that offers you something you can do on paper, without any additional features for emailing or expanding your evaluation... This App Is For You... Get ready tho... I’m sure they will remove any features you originally got, just to ask you to upgrade later for an additional fee.
