Handy App - love it!
Easy to use and very handy, love this app. It seems that some of these older reviews refer to the prior management. Customer service was very responsive when I reached out. This is my go to app for analyzing deals.
DO NOT BUY THIS APP
I purchased the Pro versions of Property Evaluator and Property Fixer back in 2010 when the original owner/developer Joel was in charge. I had numerous conversations with him on feedback for the apps and he was always communicative and helpful. The current owners of the apps are not. I have contacted them on numerous occasions just to update it to work on the current iOS at the time since it had stopped working, and years later when they finally update it to work, they don’t allow for us to restore our original purchases and do not reply to email support. This used to be a great app, and company, and now it’s extremely disappointing.

Horrible Support
I hate complaining. I upgraded this app because their other app - Property Evaluator Pro - is brilliant (and flawless).
I sent a support request for a very simple adjustment to Fixer, and they responded weeks later, with not intention to help.
This app is terrible and inefficient if you’re running numbers on a rehab, and you’ll be out some $60. I suggest the developers contact me for improvements. There’s a lot of potential, but very little support.

This is a great app... use it and evaluator almost every day. To Babushkaah... this app can do what you want, call support they can tell you how... or figure it out yourself but it already does it.
Great App
I have been looking for an app with these features for a while. I've started with the free version and have intentions of moving up to the pro version however I'm wondering why it's not compatible with my MacBook? It's great to have this app with me on the road but I do most of my book keeping at night on my MacBook. If you can make this app compatible you'll get the extra star out of me. However all that being said this is a solid app with great features. I especially like the PDF for clients, complete with a map and full flip analysis. Great App!

Excellence in property analysis
Great overall feel and Allows you to get a very well-rounded look of potential deals. I would like to see them allow sub-improvement categories to be stored and/or saved to improvement categories. Like all roofing materials in the main roofing category. All in all, fantastic app!
Outstanding Developer/Solid App
Before purchasing this app I had plenty of questions about it. The developer answered my questions very quickly (same day, sometimes with minutes!) and in detail. He truly understands the concept of customer service and quality development.
The app is solid. It will be a invaluable tool for my team and me to calculate costs and ensure our analysis is justified.
My only foreseeable wants thus far are a sync/backup feature and a collaboration feature.... But guess what?! I asked the developer about these features and he is in the process of testing such features and they will hopefully be in future updates!
All in all, I am very pleased with this app. I would give it four stars simply because it's missing features that are pretty important to me but the developer responses and customer service have knocked my socks off!! 5 stars!

Great App for Investors!
If you buy, fix and flip properties and you have some experience in remodeling costs, this is THE best app to show you true numbers.... From cost of money, payments, taxes, utilities and any other monthly fees, to showing you your net profit month by month. This is a must have tool.

Live this app when it works. Very useful for quick estimate for flipping houses. However the app constantly crash with most recent update on iOS 6. PLEASE FIX!

This app. Is good, but I would like to see titles such as
"After Repair Value"
The expense column should have expenses such as Back taxes owed. Most of the time homeowners are behind in their property tax payments. When one buys a tax delinquent property, one has to satisfy the RE taxes as well as improving the property before it can be sold. There is an mount of taxes that is owed plus a per diem amount that is accumulated until the property taxes are satisfied. I would like to see that calculation incorporated in the repair costs as well in order to arrive at a true out of pocket investment into the property. That's all I have for now. Beside that I think the app is very practical. I am looking forward to much needed updates. I like using the app thus far.

Don't waste your time
Looking for a App that would allow you to estimate how much it would cost to fix up a property. I was expecting to be able to enter say that I needed 1 flat interior door, kitchen sink, bathroom vanity, etc.. The download free version does not indicate that it would do that. I would also expect to be able to these values based on a trip to Home Depot. The paid versions may do this, but the download version doesn't. Same disappointment with the Property Evaluator.
