This app helps our property management team document spaces with photos and measurements. It's designed for internal use by NMRK employees to create consistent property records. What it does: Take organized photos of different areas in properties (lobbies, offices, retail spaces, etc.) Capture AR measurements using the device camera Store photos by property and space for easy organization Keep track of documentation progress with photo counters Key features: Camera integration for taking property photos AR measurement tools for space documentation Organized by property address and space type Photo preview and review capabilities Works offline for field use Who uses it: This is an internal tool for NMRK property management staff who need to document properties in a standardized way. The app helps ensure we capture all necessary photos and measurements for our property records. How it works: Users select a property, choose a space (like "Lobby" or "Office"), then take up to 5 photos and 5 AR measurements per space. Everything is saved locally and organized by location for easy access later. This app streamlines our property documentation process and helps maintain consistent records across our portfolio.
