First you have to pay 14.99 yo get the app then they charge an additional 29.99 for all the features the app advertises you get with the 14.99 purchase.

Thank you for the review, and I'm sorry my app's pricing came across that way. To clarify, the app is free to download, and the $14.99 unlocks your property's boundary in full: the overhead map with your outline, the Ground view that draws your line and corner stakes on the ground through your camera, pinpointing your spot, and sharing the property with anyone you like. Pro Tools is a separate, optional set of planning extras (measuring each side, saving pins, marking off sub-areas); finding and walking your line doesn't need it. Updates are fantastic

I have several acres of wooded property. I have a general idea of my property lines. Walking with this app gives me a great opportunity to a better understanding of my property boundaries and my neighbors. I will eventually walk all the acreage. The overhead view does help a ton to get me started. I’m enjoying walking through the woods.

Property dispute

I wasn’t sure if some trees were on my property or not. Deep in the woods, far from the corner markings and it’s really hard to tell. With this I was able to see about where my property lines are and which trees were clearly on my property. So much cheaper than a survey since I didn’t need the official answer yet.

Not working

Purchased 15acres, purchased app and planned the day to mark boundaries. I have no ground lines. I have no define points. Overhead view is worthless, I can use property mapper for that. I want a functioning app or my money back.

Love it

At first I didn't understand but than I got it. Put my address in it showed my property lines (I'm very rural in the woods) I walked around my property and learned exactly where it begins and ends. This App would be wonderful for a first time home buyer or a Realtor. Pretty darn nifty. I've lived here 40 years and never knew exactly where my property ended. Worth the $15.

Address search doesn’t work

I downloaded and immediately tried my address and it couldn’t find it. Being rural I decided to try an address located in the city. Nothing. It didn’t even start to populate possible matches even though it states it will as soon as I start typing an address. I have the proper phone and iOS requirements. Very disappointed. Now to delete the app.
