Version 3.0.0 adds Liquid Glass support, interest-only mortgages, and fixes the following bugs: - Weekly mortgages may yield 12 payments per year instead of 52 - "Add rate" button not appearing in amortisation calculator interest rates table - Expense records may fail to be saved - Denominations may be mixed accidentally - Interest may be calculated improperly if payments are re-ordered - Mortgages may use the wrong interest rate depending on input ordering - Tenancies may select the wrong rent at the date of rent changeover - Loan repayments may be miscalculated yielding an extra payment - Future tenancies may yield rental income before their start date - A delay may occur after a mortgage, tenancy, property or other object is deleted Deletion options have been added in various tables where they were missing. For example, on the Properties table. Various other minor bugs have been fixed.
