Great app, great tutorial!!
Have been looking at the housing market for almost 12 months now, using multiple property apps to search the market. This app takes a bit of input but I loved it, was so great to have all my top properties in one place and get a clear idea of mortgage and finances. The rating system with must-have, nice-to-have features is a great idea and helped me to focus on what was important. Also the tutorial at the start was amazing, for someone who is a noob when it comes to property and finance it was easy to follow and set everything up nicely. Smooth to use, looks great, would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or invest in property, you don’t need to be an expert at all.

A Wonderful House Hunting Tool
I have been in the market for my first home and have found it overwhelming to say the least.
This app really helped me to cut through and identify what each property was going to cost me, where the property met my needs and where it didn't, and it allowed me to record photos which helped me remember issues that needed to be addressed. This app really was a game changer for me and I'd recommend it to anyone to make the whole process of house hunting simpler.

Great app!
I’ve used other property analysis tools before but this one is the best I’ve found. Great UI, easy to use and lays it all out well. If you’re buying a property it helps you to work out hidden costs and make sure the extras (on top of the mortgage) are affordable.
