Useless app

Singapore only option yet this is available on the US App Store? I’m looking for apartments in Kuala Lumpur and there’s nothing on here. On the mobile browser version can’t even view by map-view to find specific locations. Not a good service

Bugs everywhere

This app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. You can’t go more than two steps without the app freezing up on you, the screen getting stuck between transitions, or photos just not even loading.

What the F

I'm having issues with this app on my iPhone 15 Pro, running iOS 18.4. After logging in, I'm unable to search for rental properties, and I experience constant problems saving my profile. The app seems to have been poorly tested, and overall, my experience has not been satisfactory.

It’s good just need to fix this one thing

So basically the only bad thing about it is that when I am looking on my iPad it’s acting like it’s a phone so it is very hard to use but on the website it normal so please fix that. And please add something so you can make a shape and put it somewhere and it will give you places in the shape but other than that it’s a great app

Typical poor SG outsourced rubbish

The title says it all. Appalling UX, Buggy, crashes constantly, not properly tested. Just an excuse of an app. Seriously, give the cost of property and commission rates do better.

Irritatingly stops working & forces u to update app all the time

Irritating app that keeps forcing you to update often (within 1 month of another forced update) & stops working. Just delete it

No More Map View?

The single most important function of this app for me was the ability to see all results from a search on a map of Singapore, so you could tell exactly where units were (important for thinking about transit options, neighborhood, etc). I cannot find that function in this latest update, making this app useless for me.

When working it’s good.

Please fix the app so it’s not down so much. Also there are a lot of fishy or overly duplicated listings (eg photos of wrong condo, wrong details, info mismatches, overly vague etc) Other than that it’s an ok app.

Tooo expensive

Nowadays user need to view buy / rent in many platform because property guru is not competitive.

Not all transaction history can be viewed

I don’t like double listing.

A lot of bugs

Everytime you take any action inside a ad/unit like roll the pictures, or text the agent, or just scrolling up and down the app freezes and you have to go back and enter again in order to take any other action. It is really difficult. You cannot see the map And pictures in the same search because it freezes.
