Timeout is annoying
app is constantly logging me off. my password is complicated and having to enter it in every time i need to access the app makes it unusable
Could be more useful
If I could copy information like tenant’s phone number or e-mail address directly that would be most helpful.
Unable to lock in on the phone
It keep showing the error message “unable to login” when I try to login from the app
Great when it works
Constantly logs you out to then say “user not found” and it SOMETIMES lets you log in but 90% of the time it doesn’t.
Useless garbage app
As others all say, this is a useless garbage app that shouldn’t even be allowed on AppStore. Serves no purpose as can’t login even with correct details that work everywhere else. Don’t waste your time trying to get this to work mobile. Access via computer browser only.
Was great until it stopped working
I loved this app until it stopped working. Apparently the password I use to log into property tree on all my devices is somehow wrong now for this app despite it working on every other device including my mobile phone.
Great app
This app is fantastic. Easy to use. Tenant, Owner and Creditor Contact details all at the press of a button, plus property addresses and linked to a map.

I have spent hours typing in tenant and owner contact details prior to finding this app, now they all there at press of a button.
I was worried about the negative reviews, but don’t let that deter you. It’s great.
For those having issues please contact your IT team and ask for help setting up this app, ensure you are using the same username (not necessarily your email, may be your first name) when you log in and the password you use for your every day PT access.

Doesn’t work. Possible scam
I can’t log in as a property owner (current client). This app is possibly a scam since it takes your log in details and then says “no internet access”

The App -propertyTree
The App -property tree will not let you log in even if you have everything signed in correctly please adjust as soon as possible would love to be able to use it.
