Good Odds / Non-existent Customer Service
So I’ve been using PE for about a year now. It’s been fine. They have good odds. My biggest problem is their lack of customer service.
Firstly, they say they offer a ‘chat’ feature every day until midnight. Except when you go to the ’chat’ feature , it just prompts you to leave a message …. aka an email.
The second most frustrating this is that when you send an email, you’ll get an auto response stating that most tickets are resolved within two hours. This is so far from the truth I honestly don’t even know why they thought it was a good idea to include. Pretty much all of my tickets have taken 2-5 days to get a response. And if you know anything about sports betting, you know that tickets usually require a little back and forth. So expect to wait at least a week+ to get any issues resolved.

Best Odds in NJ
I found out about prophet exchange last year being promoted by the Ross Tucker Podcast. My biggest mistake was not making an account until this year and losing out on so much value! Prophet exchange has by far the best odds for straight bets in NJ. Often i will win at least $5-$10 more on a $100 bet compared to another Sportsbook. Overall it’s great what they’ve done to shake up the industry and I am very excited to watch this company grow as they have provided me great customer service. Best Odds and Great App
I have been using Prophet Exchange ever since it's been available in NJ and it's been my go to for sports betting. I consistently get the best odds on MLB, NFL, UFC, NBA and other major markets along with the smallest vig compared to other apps, not to mention great oppurtunties to win guaranteed profits with their boost arbitrage odds. The app itself is very easy to use and withdrawls and deposits couldn't be any simpler and quick to process. The only minor negative is there are no parlays but since it's an exchange and not a traditional book it's understandable as to why this probably wouldn't be possible.

Way better option that betting with sportsbooks
Every bet I’ve placed through Prophet exchange I’ve gotten better odds than Fanduel, MGM, DK. Because it’s peer to peer Prophet is matching you with someone else on the other side of your bet and they take a lower vig than the sportsbooks. Easy withdrawals. The mainstream books have same game parlays but if you’re a serious bettor and play straight bets there’s honestly no need to bet with a book if you have Prophet available in your state

I’ll Never Pay -110 Again
I get to NJ 4 or 5 times a year, and when I do I exclusively use the Prophet Exchange app for my sports bets. I’ve gotten so accustomed to placing my bets at prices so much better than -110 — often even placing orders at +odds that eventually get matched — that it’s changed my thinking when I’m in Las Vegas or other betting places. Paying -110 is insane and I practically can’t do it anymore. It’s simply needlessly giving money away compared to exchange betting at Prophet.
