Serious people

Great app, quality profiles, and their events are definitely worth checking.

App does not work at all

Seems like a scam, I purchased the membership but did not receive anything. Only connection to an app that doesn’t work and takes forever to load and is unresponsive and unusable, wish I could give 0 stars.

Scam Alert

Paid for membership but can’t send massages or proposals. You can only like or dislike others. What’s the membership fee for? Btw, no one saw my profile ever. Zero likes , zero views zero massages received. SCAAAAMMM

Salam Sixermam, How about no. We are staying because we don't give up. We are working on some major updates; hence, you might find some issues.

Terrible

Absolutely terrible app. I paid for a premium membership, unable to use the premium features. Keeps logging me out. I have tried to get in contact using the ‘contact us’ via the app but it won’t allow me to send the message. There is no way to get in touch to report the ‘technical’ issue I am having. I feel like I’ve been robbed!

Non-functional app

You can’t even sign up, and if you are able to then just read the reviews below. (This year’s experience)
Even when you swipe left or right on people they will re-appear the next time you open the app.(last years experience)

To Use Proposal or not, That is the Question.

Why don’t Muslim matrimonial platforms require mandatory digital ID checks? Manual profile verification is insufficient, and without mandatory ID checks, these platforms can’t guarantee user safety, regardless of endorsements. Some brands offer optional AI-powered ID checks, but this needs to become standard across all services.

A promising initiative is Muslim Marriage Services (MMS), the world’s only certified social enterprise Muslim matrimonial organisation featuring Yoti ID checks as standard, a nominal social impact fee, and DynamIQ Guardian®️monitoring. Its upcoming ProfileShield®️ feature allows Zenith members to securely share profiles with Guardian approval.

MMS also offers the free Big 5 personality quiz for compatibility and has been featured in a Yoti case study. While it doesn’t yet have an app, its unique branding stands out. It’s time for Muslim matrimonial platforms to prioritise safety, innovation, and collaboration.

100% a SCAM

They play it really well, they make it look like real and as soon as you subscribe you’re logged out and when you’re back in you’ll see no subscription and will not be able to use the app you can’t even report an issue or contact the owner. I’m trying to contact Apple and my bank for a refund cause I couldn’t get to the app owners in any possible way!
They mention an Email address here to make look legit but try and send them an email and you’ll find that there’s no email address as such found.

So bad

You guys let me pay for 1 month premium, then I didn’t find my account & it says not authorized! Although I did the authentication process that you asked for!
I even couldn’t send you a question through this app to see what’s going on! Totally broke!

Thank you for your feedback. We are considering it. However, Proposal does better job by matching people based on compatibility by asking a series of personality question.

Not working/Total waste of money

I signed up for this app and looks like there are no men on this app. It’s been saying my profile is being reviewed for over 1 week now, I tried to send a message for support, the send button doesn’t appear.

Zero options

Same 5 people over and over even after I’ve passed on them multiple times

May be technical issues, I'm seeing only 10 profiles on repeat

Bad app

Terrible app; no profiles listed

This app is garbage

Verification code never got sent to my email despite three tries.

They ask for a verification selfie but the camera doesn’t work either.

Guess I’m going back to Salams.

Buggy

It doesn’t work. App asks you to take selfie but it’s not possible, it doesn’t work. Disappointed 😢

Very buggy

Unfortunately, there are a few issues with this app. One is that it’s a very buggy app and does not work very well. Two understandable the selection of availability for both men and women is very lacking and limited. This does need much better enhancement to the current feature set. Also wasted a lot of money trying to buy Proposal coins that never worked and I never got my allotted amount of coins. Customer service never fixed the problem and never give me a refund.

App is full of bugs and issues with no help!

I was strongly consider that most individuals do not try this app. I paid for 30 days and have not been able to use any of the coins that I purchased and have not received any refund for those coins. Also reach out to customer service with no luck and help. I will report this to Apple for a refund since thedeveloper does not help

Pretty bad

I only got the app bc I am going to their speed dating event. It’s been a few weeks and they only showed me 5 profiles. That’s it. Now it says there are no more profiles to look at. My settings are set to max distance, open to all sect, age 18 to 65+, and open to all ethnicities yet it shows no profiles and tells me to expand my preferences. I don’t even want to find a guy that lives so far away, is too young or too old. But I was testing out the preferences and it did nothing.

I wrote to the developers or whoever is in charge of answering questions and it’s been days without a reply. I wrote to them three times. I even wrote to the person in charge of their Instagram page. They said they get a lot of questions and it takes a while to get back to everyone. But they asked me what my question was. I told them and it’s been a week and the instagram person hasn’t even responded to me.

The only way I can see profiles is when someone likes me. I matched with two guys and no one talks. I have to start the conversation. They either don’t answer or give short responses days later. I don’t expect them to message me all day, but they can at least respond ONCE a day.

There was one guy who didn’t talk to me for 4 days. I decided to unmatch with him. It wasn’t until then that he replied “sorry I was downtown.” It’s been 4 days.

Also, in the messages it always says replies were sent “Just Now.” It doesn’t say a date and time.
I’m going to ask about this on the day of the speed dating event and if they’re not helpful I’m deleting it afterwards.
