Waste of money
Just downloaded this app with the purpose of recording myself while I’m away from my console. Ableton won’t even recognize the midi device. Hence I cannot even follow through with the steps on the website.

It Does What I need it to do
Bought this app and had trouble setting it up correctly so contacted their support team and Alex was super helpful and got back to me quickly. Turns out I was the one not doing things right as far as setup and once I did the app works really well. I’m able to sit behind drum sets and hit record and cue up my stuff when I’m alone and also go into the sound booth and record vocals with nothing but the iPad which is great. Highly recommend this app.

Ignorance on my side, after reading the latest instructions from Far Out Labs, I was amazed on how silly we can be without the right info. This app is awesome once you read the instructions carefully. It works with
Protools flawlessly and other DAWs. I spent at least 24hrs trying to get to work without that info and was about to give up until this latest instruction guide came across my attention. Thanks Far Out Labs, My apologies again. Bernard Snucky Miller,Nassau Bahamas.

Great App!
I've been using this app off and on for at least 6 years now and love it! Being a one man show in the studio, as a lot of us are now...this is a life saver. Especially when in you happen to be tracking and engineering. The developer was super fast to respond to a bug fix that was resolved in under 24 hours!

Don’t buy it
i wasted my money on this, not really usable if u only can see 32 tracks and can’t see the rest to work. all i needed was that , see one or 2 tracks anywhere not only the firsts 8 .

Rather in the studio or on stage with an artist this app has gotten me through... I love it I can control everything logic protools what ever!!!

Bad experience with this product
I need immediate assistance how can I do that do you have a phone that I can call or you can call me or a direct online way to do it? I have done everything right on this not working this Application need help right away. Very frustrated customer!!!!

Not working in Maverick or iOS7
Software not working on OSX Maverick (or iPhone iOS ). There is no problem with my Mac/ iPhone connectivity as had a similar product (Neyrinck V-Control) picked up in Wifi in seconds.. This product isn’t working on EITHER of them.. Will get on to Far Out to see what problem is..
It doesn't work
I bought it this October 2013, installed it and it looks nice. I did set up everything according to instructions on their website and it just doesn't work. My ipad recognizes it but once I click on any fader or transport control, it play one note from the sound in the selected track. It does not recognize my tracks in every song. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Lo mejor: soporta 32 canales. No hace falta arrancar el programa que se instala en el ordenador cada vez que inicias Pro Tools (muy cómodo).
Lo peor: si te actualizas desde la versión Le, no puedes descargar la versión Pro en otros dispositivos. La numeración de los indicadores de volumen, a veces no es exacta.

Crashes too much
Same problem as other users...hui is recognized and then shuts down and transport does not work
Misleading
It would be nice if they had told you that it did not work on Windows PC as you can not download the server. Wasted $10
Disappointed
Love the concept and the tech behind it. Very easy to set up. However, the layout is clunky and has some frustrating bugs. It's still faster to just grab the mouse. I want to believe guys!

I'm having trouble keeps on saying ProTools is unable to communicate with hui power cycle And check connections note if hui is not in use update the Perfield dialogue to prevent further warnings how do I do this its connects but kick me off

Seriously. I can finally relax behind the kit knowing that even if I botch a take I don't have to whip off the cans, jump over the cords and run to the control room just to hit stop and record again and again. Brilliant invention. Please just make the transport buttons a bit bigger. :)
