Tried to upload a receipt several times and was rejected w/message “ sorry there was an error processing your request, try again later”. When you try app support the message “ app not found”. This was written 3/17/2026

I was recently very excited about the prospect of using this app to help me track my HSA receipts. Sadly, when any image or receipt is uploaded, the only response I get with the AI agent is that there is an error processing my request. I have so far been unable to track any health expenses with this nice little app!

Does not seem to be supported

The app works well but services seem to be down and the support site is also down. Very disappointing as I uploaded many receipts and now have lost them all.

Super Convenient – Saves Me So Much Time!

I used to manually track all my HSA expenses in an Excel spreadsheet, entering every item one by one. It was tedious and time-consuming. Prosaver has completely changed that! Now, I just snap a picture of my receipt, and the AI extracts all the details for me—no more manual entry. It even helps determine which expenses are HSA-eligible, which is a huge plus.
