Priority of on device rosters : if your roster is synced to device and your device is online then it will prefer the validation form the synced data on the device which make scanning even faster than expected. -for online case, scans will be synced to server in background -for offline case, when device will be online then scans will be synced to server

Can I export the scanned data from Proscanner?
Yes, you can easily download all scan data, including time, scanner, and student information, onto an Excel spreadsheet (CSV format) through your Administrator account on drProscanner.com.

When a student's ID is scanned, the screen will display a color indicating their consequence: Red (no privilege), Brown (lunch detention), Yellow (Saturday school), or Violet (after school detention), in addition to Green for approved actions.
