Over a year now I have being with Prospa, they even help me to register my business name, hope to grow with prospa, but this year has being terrible with prospa.
Customer care service is nothing to write home about both email and mobile number.

Inefficient service
I transferred money in several transactions (over 4days ago) recipients are still yet to receive their payments.
Dubious and suspicious of Scam
They held my money since 15th February the sum of 8140Ghs
After several complaints on twitter(X) they sent 3000Ghs, they are still yet to complete my money.

Poor customer service. I’ll give it a 1 star because they call customers but they will never attend to your issues. It’s as if, after the call, they sideline your issues. Deleting the app now
Prospa is a great tool for modern business
I have been using prospa for the past 3 weeks non stop and i must say i appreciate the speed of transfers as well as the customer service. They are very helpful in sorting out issues. When i had issues with a particular bank that my prospa account is tied to they offered an alternative and thats all we really need when it comes to banking.

Scammers
They are scammers oh they lucked my money since last year for no reason don’t open any account with them
Pros
Slick user interface that it better than my native banks app. Payments are so easy . 5 stars.
Cons
Some annoying limitations: 500K transfer limit, SMS notification not working , some settings should be saved and remembered in the GUI so user doesn’t have to keep entering them again (like recipients email ), bugs adding team members to an account

Fraudulent! Don’t make any payment to them!
Sent payment for company name registration since 15 of June! This clowns never rendered the service and since then never refunded my money kept playing with wretched their parents, you have till Monday which is the ultimatum I am giving you idiots!
By Monday I don’t see my refund then we will go to court! You can’t hold my money for months without refunding and you will be using it to do business. You’re into loans and I’m sure you know what that means. Till then, is not every Nigerian that you will scam!

Latest version is poor.
The app has been okay so far, but the latest version is terrible. Asks for a 4 digit security to login while the login field is six digits long and there’s no way to enter just 4 digits. After you inevitably log in with your password, you cannot transact because the security codes are not sent to your email. I feel like my money has been hijacked.

They aren’t forthcoming about charges and transfers get lost
Please be aware that they charge the following for having an account with them. When your inflow of cash exceeds; 100k NGN they charge you 3k on top of the transfer fees that you have to pay 500k NGN they charge you 5K on top of the transfer fees that you have to pay. It would be good for them to be transparent to communicate this before setting up your account.
My transfers have gotten missing so many times. I sent money to my business account and it has been 24 hours and still no credit alert. What’s frustrating is that It is difficult to contact support because their number usually doesn’t work and It may also take over 24 hours to get a response from customer service in the app. And the responses are typically generic and not helpful.

Worst online banking system ever
I recently joined and it’s been going fine, until two days ago I’ve been trying to send out money and an error message of “Transaction in transit” at the end of the day, my money gets reversed. It’s been going on for two days now. This is total rubbish. Legit business owners I advise you not to use this platform before it leaves you stranded or looking like a fraud

They don’t reply on time even if they send you a message and you reply immediately on the app it takes another 24hrs to read back

The app have been great
The app have been great to me and I really enjoy it only that it hard to figure out where to find some option sometimes maybe because am new to it but I love the app with some good features
