Often down, locks you out of your account, error message of “unable to process request”. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
Crashes and doesn’t work at all
Constantly causes me to log out and re-enter in a password that it will no longer recognize. I go through the password reset prompt at least 50 to 60 times a month and it never works unless I call the bank and force them to do a hard reset. I think for the banks interest it would probably be better to find somebody else to develop their apps software and utilize them instead of this developer and they’re inability to be able to perform good service with their product.

Terrible app
Oh wow. 3 days it work led and now it’s down again. Must be a flaw in their servers. How am I supposed to manage my money the way I (the customer/lender to the bank) want to if the app is always going down.
Needs 24/7 support
The app has been down since Friday. Can’t call until after work to get it fixed. Don’t get off work until the bank is closed. If they are opened Saturday until Noon why isn’t there a tech there to make sure the app is working. This bank has failed at delivering quality services to their lenders and now they say we have a fee for transferring money over a certain amount of time within 30 days? That feels illegal making your lenders pay to utilize their money. All in all having an account opened here since the 7th grade I no longer feel like a customer/lender instead I feel like prisoner to this banks ways and have considered switching banks. I haven’t because I’d like to keep my business associated with the first bank I’ve had. Hopefully actions are taken to make this app valid.
