Great tech, personal feel
This app is amazing. From doing the basics to being able to categorize spending and set savings goals, it has everything you need. Great layout and easy to find things!
Mostly Good
The app is mostly good. However, I find it frustrating that not every check I write is available for viewing online. This is one of the purposes for which I use the app, so when it doesn’t work, I have to dig out my checkbook ledger and find it, which delays my productive flow. This complaint applies to the website as well.

Outstanding App
This app is easy to use and the card controls are slick. It makes it easy to manage my money. I like that I can move money between my accounts at other banks.

Easy to use. In the beginning I had trouble with mobile check deposit but I’ve learned to do it with lots of light & steady hand on the phone—no problems anymore

Could use upgrades?
I like this app a lot. Very handy and convenient, but it could be more easily accessible or more convenient. It would be great if it had the option of Touch ID for quicker log in. Now the log in process takes too long when you want to access it quickly. It also would be convenient if you would include an Instant Balance feature so that you could see your account balances without logging in. I think the addition of these features would make this app even better.

Mobile check deposit
Still having issues with the mobile check deposit. Once I try to take a picture of the back, the screen gets messed up forcing me to close out the app. It does the same thing if I try to retake a picture too.

The app worked great until I tried to set up the mobile check deposit and it kept freezing on me.
