This company is a SCAM

After cancelling my subscription on my Apple Store in August 2024, this company retained my card details and started charging my credit card once again for the subscription in January 2025. If you think your subscription is safe by cancelling through Apple Store, it is not !
I cancelled the service as what they provide is school children stuff. Not worth the money.

Scam be warned!

This app is a complete scam. The app has never been functional and I canceled last month and still was charged THIS MONTH. I asked for a refund and they refuse. DONT GO NEAR THIS SCAMMING APP!

Lots of posts on them scamming

I never received any subscription renewal notifications and was charged by an unfamiliar name Arnegen Digital. Vendor unwilling to refund on day of renewal. Reviewed several Reddit posts of others experiencing the same thing. Shady! Stay away from this questionable service.

Debited although cancelled

Today, beginning of November I have been debited a monthly subscription although I already cancelled the membership during September. Now I am trying to get a refund. Very negative experience

Now I have received the information that I supposedly did not cancel the subscription, but just the app. This obviously is not true, how would I otherwise know that I am not allowed to access the app because it would restart the payment plan, which is also the reason why I canceled the app..

Continues to charge after subscription is canceled

They continued to charge after the subscription was cancelled and when contacted simply said that I’m ineligible for a refund because I didn’t meet their refund criteria.
Even though I had cancelled the subscription the month prior.
Also a word of warning prices are shown in USD and charged in local currency which also attracts a currency fee
