Version 1.3.0 — Mortgages, loans, and an app that reads right The largest release here so far: a new mortgage world, a root fix in recurring items, and an accessibility pass through every screen. Mortgages • A full mortgage track, in two calculation methods, with every detail living inside the track itself. • Remaining months fill in from the start date, instead of being typed. • "What if I pay more" now counts a mortgage made of several tracks. • A "Loans & Mortgages" category was added for everyone, including accounts created before it existed. Loans and recurring items • The loan account page opens again. It crashed on every visit since August. • Editing a recurring item shows its schedule, and keeps the date you picked. • "Completed" now says which date it means, and where the money is. • And there is a button that records occurrences that already happened as transactions — without moving your balance by a single shekel. • An item that lost its account says so, instead of showing a date that will never arrive. • A loan payment written by the engine gets a category. • A budget of zero is no longer stored as a budget. My plan • A new screen that says which plan you are on, what the quotas are, and how much is left in each one. • The quota meter says which items were counted, not only how many. • The quota is stated up front, instead of surprising you with an error after a filled-in form. Sapir • The unit is messages, and it is called that everywhere. • Crypto and investments count together, because their quota is shared. • When the quota runs out the app says so, and no question is sent for nothing. Portfolios and securities • A security page opens in under a second, instead of taking nearly half a minute. • Holdings merged across portfolios, with filtering and sorting. • The dividend calendar moved to portfolios. • Cost per unit is taken from the purchase date, not from today. Hebrew, accessibility and design • The calendar is in Hebrew, with navigation arrows. • The font-size control reaches every text in the app. • Contrast, touch targets, focus rings and progress bars were fixed across the product. • Screens respect the notch and the safe areas on iPhone. • Free text search in transactions, and a global search that works on the phone too. • The navigation drawer closes after you move, and moving to transactions stays inside the account you chose. • A new user's first screen is no longer a wall of zeros. Also • Shared cash flow: granting full edit permission requires approval. • Account lock: the asset stays yours, its usage stops. Thank you for keeping us accurate. Every report here was investigated.
