- Prostration detection reworked again: replaced the pace-adaptive segment detector with a gravity-axis peak counter for more consistent counting. - Settings now shows the detected wrist (left/right); crown orientation is normalized automatically so detection works the same on either wrist. - Removed the help text promising pace-adaptive detection, since detection is no longer pace-based. - Added a Calibrate flow on the watch: record a short sample of known prostrations, send it to the phone, and get personalized counting thresholds back. - Added a Reset calibration option in Settings. - Added opt-in feedback recording: record a sample on the watch and email it to the developer from phone Settings to help diagnose counting issues. - The number of prostrations used for calibration and feedback recordings is now configurable in Settings (was fixed at 18). - Fixed calibration hanging forever on "Sending to iPhone" if the transfer stalled; it now times out after 15 seconds and reports failure. - The watch's Finish Recording button now responds immediately; saving the recording no longer blocks the UI. - Tapping Start recording twice, or while the session is still starting, no longer double-starts tracking. - The first-start hint in the log now points you to calibration and feedback sending if counting doesn't look right. - Counting during the practice now uses a HealthKit workout session instead of a generic background session, so it keeps sampling motion reliably once the display dims or locks. - Fixed a race where tapping Start twice, or tapping it while the Health permission prompt was still pending, could start tracking twice and double-count reps. - Fixed silent failures when the workout session couldn't start or Health access was denied; you now see an explanation instead of tracking silently failing. - Session tracking now stays in sync if the system ends the workout session unexpectedly. - Added a confirmation bar when finishing a session, with Resume and Finish options; the manual +/- buttons are hidden while it's shown. - Renamed the confirmation bar's dismiss button from "Cancel" to "Resume" for clarity, and moved it to the top of the bar. - Added German translation for the Health permission prompts. - Finishing a session now saves it to Health as a Mind and Body workout with its duration, so the HealthKit access is also a real fitness feature, not just a background-tracking aid.
