About
Protein is the only number that matters. So it's the only number this app shows.
Open it, see today's grams against your goal, tap the food you ate. That's the entire app. There is no calorie count anywhere in it — not on the home screen, not in the food list, not hidden behind a setting. There never will be.
WHAT IT DOES
• One screen, one number. Today's protein total and your daily goal. Nothing else competing for your attention.
• Tap-to-log from 30 common foods. Chicken breast, eggs, Greek yoghurt, whey, cottage cheese — the things people actually eat when they're chasing a protein target.
• Portion picker. Half a serving, double, or type the exact grams.
• Your own foods. Add anything that isn't on the list once, reuse it forever.
• Fix yesterday. Forgot to log Tuesday? Open Tuesday and log it.
• A week at a glance. Seven days, your daily average, and your current streak.
• Two optional reminders a day. Off if you want them off.
WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOESN'T DO
No calories. No carbs or fat. No weigh-ins. No meal plans, no recipes, no photo scanning, no streak guilt, no "you have 240 calories left today."
If you're here, you probably already tried a full nutrition tracker and quit — not because you stopped caring about protein, but because logging every macro of every meal is a second job. This app is the version that survives contact with a normal week.
YOUR GOAL, WORKED OUT IN ONE SCREEN
Enter your bodyweight in pounds or kilograms, pick a tier — maintain, build, or lean — and the app does the arithmetic. Or ignore all of that and type the number your coach gave you. Change it in Settings whenever.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Everything you log lives on your phone. There is no account, no email, no sign-up, no sync, no analytics and no ads. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, because there's nowhere to upload it to. Delete the app and the data goes with it.
FREE
The number, the goal, the food list, the history and the streak are free. There is no paywall on food lookup, which is the thing that made you close the last app you tried.
Goal tiers are general training guidance, not medical advice. If you have a kidney condition, are pregnant, or are managing a medical diet, talk to a doctor about your protein intake.
