Location feature not working
In the "Find a location" section, when you tap “Current location,“ it wipes out locations and the map. Fail.
The rewards don’t work
App is fine other than the rewards are never received. I’ve ordered several times through the app for pickup and delivery and signed up for everything I’m supposed to but it doesn’t record the rewards.

BEWARE OF HIDDEN APP FEES
Beware of hidden fees, there is no transparency of this information indicated upon ordering in app, there is no digital receipt provided after ordering to indicate what fees are being charged to customers. Ordered two AÇAÍ, totaled $21.65, they charged an additional $9.74, totaling $31.39, that’s ridiculous for to shakes. Moving forward I will not be using the app anymore. Need transparency to the customers!!! Very disappointed!

Good store horrible app
Store is constantly out of items. To the point they cannot make the item but they have no way to refund. You really should allow the store to refund app orders when they do not have the item. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get a refund which is ridiculous.

Since they debut their new app, I have not been able to login to manage my account from either a PC or an app on my iPhone or iPad. I try with a code and it automatically defaults back to the same page. I try with the password and the captcha code and it tells me it’s incorrect.

Been hearing about this update for over a month. Just updated and it is terrible. I try to manage my account and it repeatedly prompts me enter my phone number so it can text me a code. I enter the code and it again asks for my phone number.
Website sign-in credentials don’t work on app
When you register an account on the website and that sign-in works, but that same sign-in fails on the app, that's a fail.

App keeps giving me an error
For the past two days when I try to use the app, it gives me an error and tells me to contact support. I clicked the Support email address, created the email explaining the issue, but then there is no icon to actually send the email. You guys need to do some work on your app. Right now I need to order from someplace else.

I’ve eaten at the Protein House on Meriden several times. The food is consistently good and it’s feels healthy. I appreciate knowing the macros. I’ll keep going back!
